Sponsor overseas employees to Australia

Australian businesses can sponsor overseas employees on a Temporary Skill Shortage [Subclass 482] visa for a period ranging from 1 year to 4 years.

Step 1. Company Sponsorship
Employers who wish to bring employee(s) from overseas need to seek approval as a business sponsor.

Step 2. Nomination
Employers nominate the position to be filled and the skills and experience for this position.

Step 3. Visa Application
The overseas employee who is to fill the nominated position in Step 2 must apply for a visa to work in Australia.
